If you’re moving home, you need to know the options.
You have two choices when it comes to moving home: keep your current mortgage (called porting) or find a new one.
If you’re keeping your mortgage and moving to a new place, then all you need to do is let your lender know where you’re going. They’ll be able to tell you if they can provide a service there and how much it will cost.
